Honestly, spoiler is fine but boot lid had a little crease in it by the number plate mounting point (happened before it got smashed up). Bonnet I need to check as someone has obviously climbed up it.
Nice little police man came out.
"Nah, won't bother sending SOC. They won't get anything because it's been raining"
Gave me a crime reference number and not heard anything from the police ever since.
I'm the one that's had to go round gathering CCTV and speaking to the neighbours.
Morning all,
Well, the 182 got vandalised on my birthday (nice that ). Insurance have written it off.
Both wing mirrors have been ripped off, roof caved in and it needs a lot of glass.
I have the option to buy it back from the scrappy once it clears insurance. Spent a tidy sum on it...
Unless they are timed up properly you won't get much out of them.
You don't get much out of them even with "top secret" timing. More pull right up at the top end and a lovely induction note. Given the option again i'd save a bit of cash first and go for 421's.
My ex did the full length of my car.
Pshyco b**ch. All because I took a day's leave from work to take the car down to dan at SJM. "You never took any holidays to spend time with me...."
Snakes with tits. All of 'em.
Need a little help chaps :coldsweat:
I have no high beam at all - dipped beam works fine, and the blue icon for high/full beam is illuminated in the cluster constantly but when I pull the stalk it doesn't change on/off.
I've had a search and I initially thought it was the relay - but would I be...
Car is now running. Did a bit of reading on here and fiddled about with the CTS and TDC plugs. Got it home and i'm 90% sure it's the CTS. TDC sensor looks like it's been fairly recently changed (blue connector type).
Just been out for a blast in the car. Parked up for about 1/2 an hour while I did a bit of shopping. Came back to the car and it would turn over but not start. Tried it about 3 or 4 times and nothing.
Bit more detail - not sure how much is relevant. Dry day today so hasn't taken in water...
O.k, I have a 4 point harness to fit and need to keep the standard inertia belt and buckle for daily driving.
Rather than pissing about with removing pre-tensioners etc. i'm looking to fit a buckle like this...
