here in America we love Top Gear, at least Jeremy talks about the good cars and the bad cars and I think hes a funny guy, as far as 5th Gear goes I like Vicki :devilish: and thats all, Tiff is an excellent driver but hes boring as a host...

What gives? Notice how the blue Clio has opposite wipers to the red UK Clio...:dunno:
if you did all that work you shouldnt skimp on the plugs and rotor arm...if plugs are 2 years old well....you should change them ASAP before they freeze in the block.
sounds like someone overtightened it and damaged the head...sorry but there is not reliable fix for that. Get a new head. Easy jobbie and not that expensive on a RT...:)
1) Try using a low grade oil but 6 when cold isnt that high, I think your is ok.
2) Tapping = tappets work, try changing the oil twice in about 2k miles to flush some dirt out of the tappets, they are hydraulic and tend to get sticky often...
