When is it time to call it a day?

I think it all comes down to how much you really love the car. The bills never seem as expensive the you like the car ....

When is it time to call it a day?

I had a similar thing with my 182. 160k on the clock, mechanically not bad, apart from a couple of little bits like the old airbag light, but had a long scratch on the rear quarter. It was getting a bit scruffy as i'd been doing a house up and carting stuff about in it. Decided that rather than...

Mine work ok but not had them long to be honest. I used them for a good 3 hours the other morning, then stuck them on charge over lunch and then used them most the afternoon again.

    True wireless Bluetooth ear buds

I use these at work. Handy as you can wear them under ear defenders ........ which of course I never do ...... www.amazon.co.uk/VAVA-Bluetooth-Wire-Free-Headphones-Microphone-black/dp/B074BV7KXG/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1511743476&sr=1-1&keywords=vava+wireless+earbuds

    CNC thread

Missing dimensions on that sketch by the look of it. No dimension of where the triangle is down the left side. That and I take it the pitch between the holes is not important as they aren't referenced to each other.

Winter tyres for sale - 195-45-16

Will second that. Got a set of Hankook Winters on the 182 and the difference in cold weather going from the AD08R's in summer to them is massive once you start averaging below 7 degrees. Stuck mine on the other week once the clocks changed and it was pretty much dark on all my journeys to and...

    Headlight Correction, without the drill

Give it a try. If you find your using 2500 grit and the scratches aren't getting finer use a grade coarser.

    Headlight Correction, without the drill

Can't argue with this. As I say I did my second one with 500 lightly then 1500 followed by 2500 wet and dry by hand, then finish with 3000 and polish using drill as I don't have a polisher. The drill or anything coarser than 3000 is so easy to get wrong!

    Headlight Correction, without the drill

Higher the grit the less abrasive. Start with a low number and work up. Need less time with the rougher as it cuts quicker, so i just wipped it over with the 500 really. then did more as i stepped up each grade. Would recomend the kit though, just the rougher stuff scared me on the drill as if...

    Headlight Correction, without the drill

I used that kit with a £10 Homebase mains only drill and it was fine. Only used the kit for the 3000 grit pad and polishing though. Used 500 grit paper and 1500 then 2500 wet and dry with plenty of water and found that easier and quicker. 1 hour to recover both from a state that would have been...
