Search results

Remove the fifth gear cover at the end of the gearbox and check the bolt and nut which secure the fifth gear to the gearbox shafts they have a habit of working loose cusing it to jump out of fifth;)

Thanks for the replies.All the engine and gearbox mountings are ok,i have replaced the rear gearbox mounting as the bush was split.When it faults there is no vibration through the steering wheel,its really strange as there is no abnormal tyre wear but it feels just like the tyre is skating...
