Update time! So managed to get it turned around as it has been driven into where it was parked so couldnt get leads onto it. Got it turned around, checked oil and topped up to just below maximum line and then turned it over without the coil pack plugged in, turned over fine so put £6 of fuel...

I think i'll throw some cheap oil in there to get some through the head, run it and then drop and put some decent oil in with new filter. I was expecting to have to drop the fuel tank to empty old fuel, is emptying via the fuel rail a viable option or best to just clear the lines by that...

Yea, the flashing emissions light comes on, sometimes it misfires on more cylinders than others too and sometimes it won't misfire at all for a little bit

You know, it does tend to do it when we've had heavy rain but in the past it's cleared up after a few days, I checked the leads but there was no obvious damage. If the plugs don't fix it I guess leads are my next call?

Thinking of going for the uprated 10mm leads if I have to buy new leads to be honest. Rather just get away with plugs though so I can finish my other car instead ☺️

If you remove the wheel arches and look behind the will there may be a build up of silt etc there, clean that out with a screwdriver/wire coathanger and then rinse. While you're there you can clear the side scuttle drain holes from up behind the arch liner :)

Have a look at mikalor clamps on eBay, they're wider and might clamp the gap shut

Can you get any pics up so we know how bad the damage to it is? Chances are its not ruined as badly as you think and can be rescued.

Removed them and the SERV & Airbag lights came on. Stuck resistors in and they didn't go off. Dropped it off for testing anyway but if it fails I'll have to get my RS Tuner back and reset the lights.

Cheers mate Save me starting another thread, I dont suppose you know the rules regarding rear seats and seatbelts, if I have no seats, do I need to remove all belts and buckles too?

Probably a no brainer but I don't reall want a fail so, will a car pass an MOT without carpet in? No visible floor damage etc, just referring to the lack of carpet. Any of you track/road lads had problems?

I also thought he said bumper but after double checking it was actually someone else. Oh well!
