Sorry I know this has probably been covered before but I've searched & can't find anything. How much power is realistically acheivable from an F4R with ITB's & a decent set of cams? And then how much further could you get with headwork, is it worth it for the ££? Thanks- welshee1

Is there anyone that supplies cams for this engine?? I've searched for hours and cant find anything. Any help would be much appreciated. Oh and I know its more cost effective to drop a 172 lump in so you dont need to tell me that :)- welshee1
