If i didnt have access to a decent saw, i would mark out the aero catch (slightly smaller) and drill mutiple holes so it perfirates (spelling) the bonnet with the shape of the catch and trim that out then fit ;) bit bodge but sounds like the route its going lol sorry just my view :rasp:

The pads were low but it just gave way looks like it over heated and must of had a crack as some pad is still on ! Caliper is all fine checked it all over! No no damage all self contained within the wheel well!

HIDS are never legal no matter what people say... projectors will give a much much better beam pattern but to have HID/XENONS you must have : self leveling headlights (so automatic) and washer jets to keep them cool. Personally i had HIDS on my last 2 cars across 4 years and never pulled...
