So I suppose it's a case of trial and error. TDC/sensor or coolant sensor, but which one first? Should I try cleaning the TDC sensor and if that desn't work, buy an new coolant sensor? What do you mean buy loom as well? Do you mean the plug that is attached? Cheers

They should not have sensors on them, so assume they are wrong. They should have ds2500 printed on the back of the pad

Fred, you mention filing down the ends of the backing plate and removing the shims, however, I have done this and yet they still bind. The squeeling and constantly worrying about the heat from the disks is getting on my nerves!! There is about 1mm to 1.5mm of vertical movement in the calliper...
