Dont think it is the fuel relay, but which one is it ill try changing it anyway.

Right just changed the starter motor but still the same? Any one got any other ideas what may be the problem, as soon as i try to start it all the lights in the dash just dissapear, ive also put a fully charged battery in.

But even when i put the booster pack or some jump leads its still the same, rekon i should change the starter motor?

Got a problem with the 172 firstly now if i try to start it it dosent turn over just makes a tik noise as if the engine is seized but i tow started it and it started and all the lights in the dash were on but flickering and the car was missing abit and if you dont keep it revved it will go off...

I am selling the car, no it is not a conversion this is how i got it, on the log book it is 172 sport.

Not sure myself why it has sunroof, and the roof just needs sanding down and spraying becasue the bonnet flew open on the previous owner and he or me havent had the time to get it fixed, its only £100 job. If its not sold by next week im going to fix it and put the price up a bit more.
