My auto-lights stopped working on the 182 last night, cant they be de-activated if so how can they be activated.

Got a problem with the 172 firstly now if i try to start it it dosent turn over just makes a tik noise as if the engine is seized but i tow started it and it started and all the lights in the dash were on but flickering and the car was missing abit and if you dont keep it revved it will go off...

Right got my clio and there seems to be a problem, when i start it it just stays on 2k revs when its idle and when i rev it up and let go of the accelerator it stays there it starts to come down really slowly and sometimes it wont come down at all. Anybody know what the problem may be, what...
