    Engine Light

Had the CAT replaced in February at the local Powerflow center. Engine light has since come on, a CLIP diagnostic test gave fault DF106 - catalytic converter function, garage suggested changing Lambda sensor at an eye watering £240.00. Is the Lambda sensor likely to solve the issue (albeit...

    Renault specialist east of england

I've had a cambelt and aux belt replaced by Wests in Kings Lynn and last year when my alternator went East Bilney replaced alternator, cambelt, aux belts and a dephaser. No complaints from either and they were both happy to negotiate on the prices from what was originally quoted. Bilney also...

    Full Miltek Exhaust

I had a BTM exhaust fitted a couple of months back now and really do like it, I have no experiance of anything else on the car other than the original Renault system. It's cat back and on idle it's a smidge louder than what my standard exhaust was like. On motorway and at steady speeds you can...

    Alloy wheel refurbishment

When a local garage crunched my wheels replacing the tires I gather they went their to be refurbished. They were powder coated in anthracite and it's a pretty good match to the centre caps, although on a sunny day you can see that there is a difference. The powder coating is good quality...

A couple on the A14 at Ipswich - Sunday

An RB with white alloys and a flamer also travelling with a black and orange Fiesta ST?, followed me on to the A14 at Mannigtree junction and then left a few junctions later on. Dad says "what the hell were you playing at? :nono:" When you both slowed up next to each other and then raced off...

    182 MOT fail

Wasn't sure whether comparing results would help or not, my exhaust was blowing at the time just after the centre silencer, not sure if that would make any difference to the results though. Hope you get it sorted soon!! Yep had it fitted just over fortnight, and it's spot on!!! I put some...

    Lowestoft

Probably best asking in the East of England section on here. Am from Dereham so not a million miles away. There are a reasonable number of members in the East so someones likely to be nearer by.

    182 MOT fail

Just found my MOT certificate from when it was done in Feb, the RPM limits are different to yours at 2500 to 3000rpm for fast idle and 450 to 1500rpm on natural idle. The CO, HC and ^ Limits are the same. Not sure if it helps but my HC reading was 13ppm compared to 71ppm on yours. I know it's...

best place to go in norfolk for belts and dephaser!!

I had mine done (albeit a couple of years back) by Wests in Kings Lynn. PM them on here for a price, I know I paid less that £500 for aux and main belt but no dephaser. Cit-ren in Norwich area are supposed to be good but have never had any luck getting hold of them. I know a lot of people will...

    KTR Centreline

Looks pretty similar to my BTM exhaust. Have to say it's great, it's quieter than a standard system when cruising, gives a lovely burble on idle and is nice and fruity when you put your foot down. Quality seems top notch and if you have it fitted by Fred it will sit perfectly too.

Snappy is a miracle worker! Awesome steering wheel content.

And for good reason ;) I would say it feels pretty similar to standard size wise. The leather however is much nice to hold! I had my wheel done on an exchange basis as I wasn't happy changing the wheel over myself. You pay a deposit, which is returned when you post your old wheel back.

Black 182 lost ,probably trying to find Fred!

Yeah would think that was Lee returning from GSF with some parts. I was trying to find it at 10:30 this morning and left around 2:30 unless you saw both of us and thought we were going in circles. I did ask a driving instructor this morning where BTM was, he hadn't got a clue! We'll have to...

Black 182 lost ,probably trying to find Fred!

I did that today, but haven't got a cliosport sticker in my car yet. Not good on names but think that was Lee's?! On a side note, thanks to Fred for a superb job today., new exhaust is awsome :approve:

keep an eye out for my car!

Got my car back after much chasing and phone calls. To cut a long story short the garage is blaming the alloy wheel repair place, and they are blaming renault for slow supply of anthracite wheel paint / powder coating stuff and both are saying the previous job wasn't very good. What is it with...

keep an eye out for my car!

If anyone see's my clio before I post to say I have it back I'd be most greatful. It's a Black Gold 182 with recaro seats and a blowing standard exhaust, reg plate LX05 ZPK. To cut a long story short a garage in the Fakenham area has had my car since 18 March after they crunched my alloy wheel...

    YozzaSport or Milltek - 182

I've got a new Yozza / BTM one on order based on the reviews in the BTM section stating "At motorway speeds i'd say its quieter than a standard system" and hearing Rhys' at a recent E of E meet up in Bury. I didn't think it was any louder than any other exhaust that I heard, but had a much nicer...
