Flamer is out for the wife's commute this week, she's gone back 25 years, not sure she loves it like I do but she did take this pic of it on Monday :)

Thanks for the reply Tom, where is the go to place for used PC's? Usual suspects Facebook/eBay etc. He wants to get rid of his console and swap to a PC, have a guy locally who will build one for us but I really don't know a lot about what spec it should be or what is good enough

Where about's in Essex are you? I had someone do some work on my Ph1 last week, exhaust related, not exactly what you are looking for but he does all kinds of fabrication, I could ask if he would be interested in what you are looking for (y)

Decided to fit the OEM side strips over the weekend on the flamer, carried on today and fitted the OEM door handles, car is dirty from sitting on the side of the road but it's looking good. Am off to the Cars & Coffee at Bicester in the Clio on Sunday morning anyone else going down? Cheers Gareth

I had to replace mine recently, it had gone further up though closer to the rail, I got a replacement (new to me) from Stuart at Renomotive (y)

Flamer is back on it's original OEM 15" Oz F1's, am looking forward to the Summer and hopefully getting to some car shows this year!

I was watching that one :-) I didn't think it went for a lot of money, considering it looked in pretty good condition from the pics

Am hoping it will be back on the road this year, it's not been on the road since 2012 so it's been a while :) not that I have owned it that long, am looking forward to taking it for it's maiden spin, love the mk1's

I have a mk1 16v, although it's currently not on the road nor has it been yet in my ownership, hopefully will fix that in the not to distant future will see what happens 😂

That's my worry, haven't driven it anywhere since, just trying to figure out what to do, it is also due cambelt so might get the garage to do all at the same time, would just have to get it there
