Actually...It could be a ballast issue. Am i right in thinking the Bulb is connected to a Igniter...and the Igniter is connected to the ballast?

Sorry to pull an old thread back, but did this ever get resolved? I have the exact same issue! - 2 working bulbs 2 working ballasts one faulty side (Drivers side) Any tips /hints would be great.

i think its to do with the brakes, a way of telling you they need changing pretty soon. I had this and changed my pads & hey presto, Cured.

You've most probably answered your own question there pal. Get em' tracked. Mine had the vibration after 80, but fine after tracking was done.
