Not sure of the gearing on a pug But no VTS with a standard gearbox will be able to go above 139.9 mph whether it has 120 bhp or 400bhp :D
The sheer mechanics will not allow it!

Paddy0s right it wouldnt take much to get the vts time down.
A lad on SSC had a stripped out vts with only an induction kit and a manifold, on a timed day at Bruntingthorpe his fastest 0-60 time was 6.3 secs, cant rememeber his 0-100, will find out as that is the important one!

Personally 15s are perfect IMO!
Silver car... go for anthracite definately ... looks mint.
If i had a red, blue, silver car i would definately go for anthracite!

Stick with 14s but get some really light ones.
Speedlines are the best... you probably wont be able to notice but the lighter they are the quicker you will be!
