the cat has gone on my clio 172 and it could use a full system for the next mot dont no weather to by a full new system or a full stainless system with a sports cat any advice ?? i do have a hole in my bumper from the last owner having a powerflow exhaust on there,the hole is about 4" looking...

my friend has a clio 1.2 16v 54 plate and the ignition barrel has collaped he is half way through drilling it out but can not get the ignition on the the stage to remove it but the steering lock has come off any ideas what to do next???
