hey lads, not done a update in a while!! well it wnt on the road for a few months but there was 1 problem, the way we had done the chain caused problems non stop grinding! we have stripped it back to just the frame and have been welding and cutting since we now have the chain perfect, just...
its been so cold but we finanlly put the fuel pump on and it started first time we had trouble with the key not turnin haha heres some vids, these on youtube

but we had a problem with the height, then soon realised we had the adjustable suspension wound all the way down, and it was touchin the floor when we sat on it, all sorted now though!

phill the welder gave us back the exhuast, he had welded it and ground down the weld so its all smooth and looks as one whole piece, my mate is extremly happy with it!!

well yeah mate, the frame is worth 4 grand and the the bike engine 1500 all the bits and time to do it, thats what its goin down on the insurance pal, there has been over 10,000 spent on this but that was the quad when it was original,

right well this weekend was fun, the clock is wired up ( what a ball ache, the plugs was smashed so we had to wire each one up one by one :( ), well we tried to get it started but the fuel pump isnt good enough its shootin out 23 psi and we need at least 42 psi from the pump, but it DID turn...
well we got the frame back friday afternoon, and.. wow, its looks like it was ment to be instead of the chopped and welded on steel, it really does look mint , £120 for the frame so its not bad price, it was horrible tryin tp wiggle the engine in with the frame so fresh!!

i picked gto up on sat for 1000, 3 litre twin turbo v6 400 bhp, goin for a rollin road tune up in next few weeks!
my god its quick!
bought the mr2 turbo a few weeks ago for 1500 to do up, im gonna drive the gto for 6 months while i do this baby up 290bhp at the wheels

were both at work for 3 days now nothin till sat, just leave the engine and other bits harderning for a few days, its all gettin built back toghether friday to test fit it all :(
yeah pal, i sed earlier in the thread that the chain is goin to chew f**k out that chain roller were having a sprocet milled up now with some bigg ass bearings through it, that will be ok for it,, just think were using the uprated shocks that came with it, god knows of the make we had to refurb...
