i just got mine replaced through direct line. The way they did it was you phone autoglass then they arrange everything and bill it to insurance co and you just need to sign a form. It may be worthwhile finding out who they use for windscreens and try speak to them instead? I asked the guy...

Hi Not sure how easy it would be to diagnose without hearing, but when i put full lock on to do a turn in road a creaking noise seems to come from the front. The car is completely standard, not lowered so wouldnt be wheels rubbing i wouldnt have thought. I've owned the car a few months now...

This! was fine getting normal bolts off, but the locking ones werent budging with the wrench that came with it. Will have to see if i can buy/borrow one of those guys above to try get these off! Cheers for the help

I'll be the first to admit I'm no mechanic, but where is the locking bolt kept for removing wheel on a 182? Currently have car jacked up but can't get wheel off. I would have thought it was in leather pouch in boot but can't see it. Update: ok I found it, next question is what do I use to...

Thanks for the help, took the advice and contacted insurance co and got windscreen replaced. Unfortunately the auto wipers just seem on a standard setting now no matter how much it rains. Does this mean they haven't connected something right?

Hi wondered if anyone could offer advice. Bought my 182 recently, but unfortunately the previous owner left it with a scratch on the windscreen right in viewing line which is pretty annoying. I would guess that the wiper blades did it, im guessing they were completely worn or fitted badly...
