As above - forget the timing belt and gearbox leak. Cancel that appointment and keep the money for replacement panels and labour costs for the shell. Why have the belts done when the cars going to be off the road anyway.
Personally- things like brakes I’d be keeping. It’s a proper kit and not a home made contraption.
No harm in venturing off OEM with stuff like that, they won’t hurt values of keeping it original.
Spark plugs and leads.
Coolant hose repair tape (more so for the journey)
Alternator belt
Cam sensor.
Shoukd have you covered for basic road side mechanics.
Just keep a roll of hose repair tape in the car so you can get home

It depends on what you use the car for IMO. If it’s not your daily and just a weekend, local B road blaster. Then it doesn’t matter if you break down.
Other side of that is, if you plan on doing a euro/ring trip - then no doubt a hose will cost you a recovery.
My father took the whale tail off his when he owned one, people were baffled. I thought it looked much better day to day.
