They’re fine if done properly, mine will happily do 15-20 minute sessions on a hot day.

Cool I’ll check it out. My car is built to class B of hot hatch which is 175 bhp/tonne limit. Mine makes 182bhp and is 1070kg with me in it.

Thick core radiator and 13 row oil cooler. Mine stays at 116-120 degree oil temp even on 35 degree days.

To be fair Andy helped develop the gen90 and when I had mine done there he said him and Chris at Efi talk pretty much everyday.

Phoenix automotive technologies in Bournemouth, Andy is ex Ktec and helped develop the Gen90 when he was there. Did a good job mapping my turbo 182 with that ecu.

It’s probably a bit more yellow than the febi but it’s better than the red that’s been in last 2 cars I’ve had!

They’re in dream world. Be worth putting mine back to standard if they’re worth that now, mines done 10k less miles and I’m the third owner 😆

I have the exact same angled setup on my race car but with a smaller ramair filter and at WOT it sounds like it’s itbs

Check the earth on top of the gearbox, it’s pretty much directly under the throttle body area. I’ve had that break before with similar symptoms.

Only 4 months overdue at the moment, and yeah I’ll get one fitted over the winter just want one last run out this year before the maintenance train starts again 😆

My turbo 182 was due a cambelt on time in March just gone. There is a track day I want to do next month in it, would you risk it? It’s probably done 1500 miles if that in that time so it’s purely due on age. I only ask as I see the Megane interval is 6 years now. Cheers
