Thanks :) Find diesels particularly suited to commuting because of the *wrong powerband/delivery. Much less stress full than a petrol. Obviously its not a race car, just wanted to know if it can carry the weight and still remain nice and drivable.

Long time no post! Looking at getting a 2012 Clio III as per title. My partner has a 1.2TCe in the same spec and I am keen to get a practical cheap run around that's reasonably new and has warranty etc. What are these Diesel ones like? MPG as good as claimed? DPF issues? I find the 1.2...

Oh how I miss my 182. Sold it got a jeep, did 16mpg all day long. Newest M3 does 19 round town and 32 on the Mway Shame the 200 is not looking so economical. Just bought a 1.2 Tce with the partner so see how this goes as the kd dynamite struggles to average 34mpg and it's only a 1.4!

I agree with SIr Dave, My E46 M3 felt like the tyres where physically bonded to the ashphalt and could corner as silly speeds! Clio is great fun, just as much fun as an M3 infact. Looking to sell mine now and ive noticed a fair few 182s for £4k!

When selling your 1*2 are they more valuable with Recaros fitted? Or if yours have been retro fitted is it worth removing and selling separately? :clown:
