Yep. Just ordered one on Friday actually, working it out, it costs a fraction to run compared to the other options.
We’ve gone for this one:

So, after ditching Sky for EETV (still have reservations) - and the fact that I’m paying for every subscription service going, I want to look at IPTV. I used to have a Fire Stick with Kodi installed, but that was years ago and I’m a technophobe really.
Where can / should I go to get one?
I've used Kodi in years gone by (I'm sure there's better options these days).
I'm furious with Sky at the moment though, they've gone ahead and re-contracted me, without me agreeing to it. I was supposed to get a call back, as my "account of the situation" differed from theirs - until I...
I currently pay £61/month for BT BB (500MB, I'm stuck with this until June, I got hamstrung with this "deal" as it was a new build...long story).
Sky TV was £55/Month without Sports, is now about to revert to their normal pricing of £88.
Called them today, best they can apparently do...
Just logged in. Played a total of 5 minutes, in that time I endured the loading of the Xbox itself, COD, and entered 2 games. Shut the Xbox down before I visited the teenage days of smashed controllers
Yep, found it, cheers.
Played a round, barely saw another player other than the randoms in my squad. Did something like 13 player levels in one round though.
I find the Home Screen a bit…overwhelming? Battle Pass this…Unlock that. I just want to play some games 😂
My boss had a bright yellow LC500 as a daily, he did like 70,000 miles in it since 2018 😂
Sounded absolutely awesome when he left work in it. Massively comfortable, too.
I have several Powerline adapters in the house (3-storey house with the WiFi in the cupboard under the stairs). The BT discs are useless in comparison.
I didn’t say that, IIRC? Isn’t it McGallister who has a thing about what people wear?
(I might have said it, because grown adults wearing football kit in public - as in not playing football - is a bit Register-esque)
I think I know the owner of that - he runs an aviation company in Oxford - in the unlikely event there’s 2 of them kicking around the south of England!
