Well it’s been 9 years to the month since I sold my Arctic Blue 182 FF, and I have owned lots of interesting things since.
But the inner feeling created when you sit in a mk2 RS clio can’t be recreated by anything else, especially when it’s been well sorted!
So here we are, I’ve added a Ph2...
There is still a following, the Reps from Chester itself have moved onto other cars/ become less available but others have carried on but they aren’t living in Chester itself.
Nah surely not, order your dream car then sell it for a small profit in the grand scheme of things?
And good stuff, the Landy and the bike are 2 things a Porsche can’t compete with in what they do!
But why keep a boxster when you are getting a 911?
It’s a shame you sold it tbh, it was one of the better ones out there!
But there are other cars that need trying out so always worth a switch around at some point!
I wonder what FY54 ZFM is doing now days.
Sold it 2.5 years ago in Cornwall.
It was up for sale for ages at mega bucks price, then it didn’t sell and it got moved on.
Someone from here messaged me about it and he couldn’t knock the guy down enough to buy it so left it.
Liquid blue was the release colour, but they didn’t release it to general public!
They should have made the LTD one either Matt black like the previous RS500 or this colour with at least 400hp, and build number plaque inside (which current one don’t have)
For me that’s ltd edition not an off...
Is your ST the race red?
People complained in the UK of the red mixed with the blue callipers, so they got rid of them and left them silver for the UK.
The red imo doesn’t look good, it just looks a bit tacky because it doesn’t match into the Blue RS badge etc.
All the editions received the revised engine, so should be fine.
As for the car itself, I think it’s a little pointless calling them LTD edition as the blue ones look normal, there isn’t even a plaque inside to tell you it’s an edition.
Hmm odd, glad your cars back and holding fluids well!
Be good to see a comparison soon on the engine out put too once run in.
As for cross drilling that may either be an error in terminology (which I do suspect in this situation) or they have had misalignment when drilling a section of round...
Well I’m looking at the dreamscience system when it’s fixed again lol.
It leaves no trace and has 3 maps to choose from, highest output is about 385-390bhp with no hardware required.
Mark could you do us a favour if possible?
When you get the engineering report for the failed engine make sure you ask for some pictures, especially of the section on the head gasket that sits between cylinder 2 and 3 and also 3 and 4.
I have just spotted something common on a US group and...
f**k me!
You made £300 from talking about how ford produced an engine that fails and then followed the process up!
Where’s my go-pro! I want some light at the end of this shitty tunnel!
Hmm, mine seems down on power and sluggish and the pops and bangs seem to be happening less and less now.
It’s not like it’s a fuel problem either as I’m using the same fuel from the same garage as always
So far they have taken it very seriously.
Apart from the long date for it being booked in (partially my fault for being busy) they have agreed to everything I asked.
They did ask about my profession when I stated a few things to which they then notified only an engineer would be able to help...
Old for new but the new has multiple revisions.
I must admit mark, I would like to see a R&R readout from the “revised engine”.
Something says to me there is a potential loss in power lingering to help with preservation!
It depends on the source.

MSN and one other has the same, a different one on its own put the S3 at the top.
