Needing the ancillary belt and sparks replaced on my 182. Mechanic has quoted me something like £80?? for genuine renault plugs. Seems excessive? Renault have also recommended to him to replace both pulleys with the belt? Thoughts/any advice?

Orite lads! Anyone got a rough price for changing aux belt? Plus, how tricky a job is it? Would you need Renault tools or would most garages be able to handle it without making an arse of it? Also the centre section of my exhaust is rattling and needs replaced. Rough price? Cheers

Anyone got any advice on what discs/pads are decent and good value? Need front tyres too. Kwik Fit were quoting £70 each on 'GT's made for them by Dunlop & Goodyear. Anyone used them?

My clutch is starting to slip between some gear changes. Had to rev the tits out of it because of the snow! Anyone know how long they last once they start slipping?

not sure if this is related or not but in low revs in 2nd & 3rd it kind of struggles more than it should to climb up the revs? Also this morning felt a dragging feeling in 3rd but not sure if it was just cos the engine was cold but not had that before. Hope so!

Just had timing belt tensioners + inlet cam pulley done. Got timing belt done as it was due but had to get inlet cam pulley done as engine was rattling after running for about 5 mins with just the timing belt done. It drives fine but just seems to be quite lumpy when idling + it kind of pulses...
