    KevC's 172 PH1

Thanks. Saving it from being another breaker was definitely one of the goals. It was certainly not financially driven. Maybe there is a better way but I couldn't find it. I was told also that even if I you managed to find some non-OEM glass the encapsulation that acts as a spacer from the body...

    KevC's 172 PH1

Considering 50% of my usage of Cliosport is looking at other project threads, the other 50% looking to see if others have had the same issues I'm having, I thought it was about time I started my own. They can be a wealth of knowledge and I also love seeing how other people get along with owning...

    Titanium Ph1 172

I should have said colour-coding it. Good job on tidying it up.

    Titanium Ph1 172

Good stuff, yet another ph1 thread for me to follow. I should probably put up something myself soon. Love the direction you're going with. For a second I thought the picture of the engine cover was you prepping it for paint and I nearly died.

    172 Phase 1 OEM+

This is great news. I've been keeping an eye on the thread for a while now so I'm glad to see you got it back on home soil. There are going to be some very confused Texans in your area for the foreseeable future.

    My Ph1 172....

I think the PH2 172 is the same as the 182 but a PH1 is different. It has a sensor on the back of the gearbox.

    My Ph1 172....

It was myself that replied to your post with the paint code. Glad it worked out well.

    172 Cup OEM+

The USB/voltmeter is a nice touch.

    Ph1 revival

Another Ph1 owner reporting in. I don't log on too often but the project threads are what I look out for. Good it going.

    Pearl Black 172 PH1

That's something I can work around. Thanks for letting me know.

    Pearl Black 172 PH1

I missed your update about the interior when you posted it. Is there any negatives or drawabacks to removing the seat spacer? Being 6ft, I would welcome the seat being a little lower and now is the time to do it with all of my interior taken out.

182 rear quarter panel replacement - Part 1

Good to know. I'm just after receiving two spurious panels from Estonia for my PH1 after trying a few Renault dealers in Ireland with no luck.

    Sticky PH1 Dash

Sorry never got a notification for your reply. I have since picked up another dash which is less sticky so I'll go with that for now. I saw a picture of a ph1 dash covered in alcantara and it looked great. Might be an option for my spare one in the future.

    Sticky PH1 Dash

Has anyone with a PH1 172 had any issues with their blue dash top? Mine is all sticky and when I went to clean it, all the blue die started to come away on my cloth. Has anyone painted or redied theirs or have any other tips?

    Sill replacement - Ph1

That's good to hear. I'll drop them a message and see. Thanks!

    Sill replacement - Ph1

Did you check with these guys? It is showing as out of stock and has been for a while I think.

The Odyssey (Phase 1 172) - By Coops

That was a long read but well worth it! Great to see people putting in the work on PH1's. Gives me some encouragement to get stuck into mine.

    Our new ph1 172

Bit of a thread revival but I enjoyed reading that. A lot more effort than the few posts show I'm sure! @chazza114 pointed me in this direction after seeing my problems with rust. Was that a carbodypanels4u box I saw in one of those pictures? How did you find the quality?

    Hello from Ireland

No problem, there's no rush here. This is very much a long term project. It's car #4 in the fleet so I have to prioritise stuff. Luckily I have it in dry storage so I won't be worrying too much. I don't see any work being done this year so just taking my time with the research. That...

    Hello from Ireland

So it's not good news. The pictures are from inside after removing the OS rear panel. Are there any recommended places to buy sills and quarter panels?

    Hello from Ireland

Thanks. Didn't know you could check from the inside like that.

    Hello from Ireland

Hi everyone! New ph1 172 owner here. I have recently picked up a rusty, non-runner very cheap that I hope to restore to its former glory. It was an extra special one, not only because ph1's are so rare here but it would have originally been bought not too far from where I grew up. It was...
