When was the aux belt and tensioner changed? If your tensioner hasn't been done in 36k then it might give you a tight and slack spot causing it to strain and then free up!
So today after blessing out excess coolant I got the water level to hold steady but it rises if you give it any throttle but crack the bleed screw off and air has got in and the level goes back to where it was?? The cap is still passing vapor out still so I'm guessing it shouldn't be doing...
So today's been a bad day! Was on route up the m5 to the national motorcycle museum doing about 95 ish :/ but all of a sudden the heater starts blowing cold air! I look at the temp gauge and it says the car is stone cold! So I slow down and pull up and as I pull up it cuts out and smoke pours...
Lol I'm usually upsetting some one in a Aston or Ferrari from devizes to Swindon lol yea a straight clear road their gone ehem lol but now a days with the roads a bit clogged as they over take I'll be there up behind them at 60 ehem lol ;)
Pilot sport 3's for me as the exalto was what was designed to go on the 182 ff and with three great big rings running around them for when its wet to clear water im not trying any thing else ive had p zero nero's, conti's, falkens all were great in the dry but come the wet weather not 100%...
Well its sorted pluged in the other pump before removing the one in the car after a few wacks to the locking ring the original pump decided to prime lol first turn it fired up... so toke it up the road came back turned it off left it for ten mins and its now cured bloody french cars :)
So ive just tested my pump for power and alltho its low theres stil roughly 0.6-0.8 volts going to it so im going to try swapping the old pump from my 172 to see if i get anything from that!
Ive got a 182 with the exact same problem its got spark but no fuel is in the cylinders plugs are dry ive tried changing relays round but nothing works i only pulled in to a garage for a coffee :( need help on this!!!

ps3 all day long!! they are the new version of the old exalto's supplied new on the 182's :) i still have a exalto on mine and wear rate seems much better than the soft ass p zero's
