What are these alloy wheels worth?

clio dash/dials swap
Maybe some intelligent gentleman can help me, i need to replace the dials in the dash of my (mk2 ph2) 1.2 16v, i am just wondering is it a straight swap for one of the same kind and what about the mileage, is the mileage stored on the unit itself or on the ecu. Any info very much appreciated...- mark.s100
