i seen a new one on ebay for 42 thats the cheaps i can find, and whats modified loom?

yeah i have read a few and everyone mostly says the tdc sensor, would you recommend to clean it or get a new one including loom?

well basically i was driving earlier and the revs just suddenly dropped and i have to bump it to get it started again! it does this when i slow down at a junction ect.. anyone no what could cause this? also start is a pain because almost everytime its takes a few seconds to start, it ticks over...

anyone no where to buy TDC sensor's from?

i took it there becuase its under warrenty, otherwise would of took it to a specialist

well ive got probelms starting my car aswell, think i need to change the tdc sensor, and not really :S not sure tbh, some one said to me its possible it could be coilpacks need replacing, but tbh i havent got a clue about this sort of stuff

its just had a new timing belt before i bought it two months ago :S so i duno, well it took it back to the place i got it to and he couldnt find the problem so he took it to a so called specialist

just phoned the garage and he said he thinks the timing and slipped "/ whatever that means?

it wasnt flashing "/ just constently on

i took my car to the garage on thursday because the exhaust gas monitor light came on and had a loss of power :S and the garage said they still cant find out why this is. taking the p**s

well i bought it from the garage about 2 months ago and got 3 months warranty, so i think i will take it back to him!

I have a Clio 1.2 16v extreme. 52 plate and there is a light on the dashboard lower right corner and in the manual it says it is exhaust gas monitor, since this light there has been a misfire and the engine is hunting, when idling the engine will almost cut out but then rev itself back up again...

basically i bought a clio about 3 weeks ago, a 1.2 clio extreme, and i seem to have problems starting it. when i turn the key it just keeps ticking over and not firing! if thats right "/ i have to pump the accelerator for it to start, so i took it back to garage and he changed the starter motor...

i have a clio 1.2 and everthing is great except when starting the car! it will start but i have to keep reving and it takes about 10-15 seconds to kick in. this ever happend to anyone? or no how to fix this?
