    Loose unknown Engine Part

    This part on my engine is loose since I had my cam belt and stuff done on last service. I didn't notice it before and have removed the plastic engine cover. There seems to be nothing connecting it to anything on the engine it just seems to sit there loosely :) Any ideas/help would be...
