Just got a Desire at the weekend, cracking bit of kit. Got mine through Virgin, £25 a month for 600 mins, 3000 texts and unlimited web access. I only pay £12.50 a month though as I work for Virgin group.

Its hardly cheating. I don't get enough time on it to afford decent cars for online, this way I can buy anything I want.

Saw an ad for Morrisons the other day that said they were doing an XBOX 360 elite 120 with 2 games for £160 or £169.99.

I'm probably a bit biased as I work for Virgin as a business engineer but I honestly don't think you can beat there BB service at the moment. It should only get better as well because they have to keep the the network spot on for the 50MB customers. If I didn't work there and get everything...

OK I've just bought this again as I don't think I gave it enough playing time to get into it the first time. Anyone got any quick tips on how to start out and general game play so I get into it this time? Edit: its the 360 version.

Do most of you guys use c0ckpit view then? I've never liked it on any driving game (except for F1 on PS2), always prefer Bumper/Bonnet type veiw. Also what controls do most of you use? I've tried a few different ones but went back to standard. I know some guys used the shoulder buttons...

Have a look at your MAC filtering on your router to see if its blocking your consoles MAC address.

if that doesn't work you need to log back into your router and check that DHCP is enabled.

try power rebooting your router and modem.
