Im thinking of putting a willy engine in a Mk1 phase 3 1.4 RT. Can this be done?

It appears that the drivers side of my car is lower than the off side. Now I know Im a fat b*****d but a bird at work who makes me look small has a clio on the same plate and has no problems. Any ideas I want to lower it but if I do will the same happen again.

Adding the finishing touches to the exterior and thought a set of lexus lights would look the bollox. Does anyone know anywhere that sales them. I know Ktec does but would like to see if I can get them cheaper anywhere else (yes I am tight b*****d).
