@jaysmith At 290bhp and 300 torque at moment but playing with idea of going forged and hybrid turbo with new fuel system. Have a mk 1 caddy pick as well now that im using as a run around.
I'm in hiding until warmer weather, plus I'm using caddy until April and don't think it would make it more then 5 miles down road lol. Was literally only just thinking yesterday how epic the one Jonny Rodgers sorted a couple of year back. It was a drive a few of us did to snake pass way, had a...
If any one is fancying an afternoon track session I have my slot available to buy as like a plonker I'm actually on a stag do in Berlin that weekend Went blyton on wednesday great track for begginers so hopefully everyone will have fun, still absoultly gutted. As said if afternoon slots get...
Yeah I'm happy with results. Car is all stripped out now as well so lots of weight savings. I'm going to this meet in clio as hopefully get a bit of track time as well. Just had breaks done all round on megane and few other bits done. Took that to Paul s for power run but had faulty sensor which...
@Bear Head made 183 bhp at Paul s that's with cams, decat and exhaust. About 6 bhp down from when it had high comp forged bottom end so not bad at all.
@knocker upper inlet/plenum are cheap enough to buy from breakers. If you were close could have purchased one from me. For some reason starting to accumulate upper and lower inlets. Sure there getting wet or eating after 12pm lol.
There is slight variations on the cam cover oil breather that the upper inlet sits on. There is a few threads on it , I tried looking to link for you but going out now. If you have had a 182 engine fitted you need the 182 upper inlet (plenum) or if they have used a 172 engine and told you its a...
Yes I know this has been covered countless times but some threads seem dated on ones tested and others are just conflicting.
I'm using car for track and battery is relocated and made a cup style headlight so was looking at making custom induction kit to sit directly behind headlight...
Thinking of purchasing a fibreglass tailgate for my track car was wondering people's thoughts on smoothed boot lids? Anyone any pictures. I know it's a track car etc and shouldn't care what it looks like but always liked flush boots. And no the campus one looks s**t before a tone suggest that...
Would have liked to come to this and said hello and put some faces to names but I'm on standby that weekend and it's a little to far for me to be able to come and then just pop off if I get called out. Have fun though guys hope weather ain't too bad
I had cooksports springs (lower then sportlines) and new cup dampeners (rears are all same) and had 3 mates in car with me (rugby players) and my car was fine, if that helps. Shouldn't be rubbing if they are tell your mates to lose weight or catch bus haha
Congratulations guys, also not really bothered for meals, bowling etc, but driving and track days meets I would look forward too. Hopefully Clio will be ready for track after Christmas so be bound for Blyton soon :)
Immobiliser fine was lack of fuel lol. Gauge was reading above red so dismissed this even though I said in my head just put some fuel in to double check. Even garage said when they looked gauge went above reserve
Hi does anyone know if the r26 has a fuse/relay for the fuel pump and if so where? Checked all fuses in engine bay and passenger compartment can't see one blown but car wont start and can't hear fuel pump prime when I click ignition on.
