Crashed after swerving to miss a animal. Luckily both of us only had cuts no major injuries

Sometimes (mostly after a cold morning) when I start my engine it stutters slightly and sounds like its going to stall but if I rev it a little it carries on fine. Is this a major problem or easily fixed?

Someone kicked off my passenger side wing mirror and I have replaced it and since replacing it I have lost the temp read out on my display. I have also lost the function of moving the mirror with the switch. I have checked the fuses and they are fine. The other wing mirror works and need some help

Cig lighter is working but when i plug accessories in they dont work. I have looked at the fuse and that seems fine as the radio is also working so what is the problem? :(
