Knocking and clunking noise's when ful throttle?
I also thought top engine mounts, i have replaced those and the nosie is still there, i shull check the exhaust manifold against the subframe to see if it is that. Cheers- casperlong

Knocking and clunking noise's when ful throttle?
I have had this problem on my 172 cup for a few months now, i have taken it to many garages and no one seems to know what it is? The problem is, if i go full throttle in any gear as soon as it goes past 4500 rpm i get noise's coming from the front right of the car.Yet if i roll past 4500rpm at...- casperlong

Avon tyres? good or not?
Thankyou for the replies, by the sounds of things its not worth getting them, any suggestions what would be a good tyre to go for?- casperlong

Avon tyres? good or not?
I am able to get hold of Avon ZZ3's at factory price, yet i haven't seen any one on here mention them, does anyone have a set fitted or know of any being used and whether you would rate them? if not what would you suggest for a 172 cup? Cheers- casperlong
