    Writing a letter is a great idea but unfortunately I think they will recommend that people take the problem to their local dealership and have their cars inspected!! As yet Renault do not recognise the problem so the best way for people to register this is to ring Renault customer services...

    Attention everyone who has had this problem!!!! I have been in contact with Renault and am having problems trying to get it sorted under warranty!! They insist that no one else has registered a complaint! Please can anyone else who has or had this problem contact Renault Customer services...
