Quick question folks,
Is the 197 manifold the same as the 200?
I have a 200 and the flexis are blowing. I've seen a 197 one at a keen price and wondered if its a straight swap.
Many thanks
They will all pull a bit in my experience. Mine had a mix of budget tyres on when I bought it which I got rid of straight away for a full set of Exalto's.
It still pulls a bit when on certain roads, and like your car, mine is mechanically sound.

Obviously, without hearing the noise it could be numerous things causing it.
As for burning oil, something's not quite right...
I have to agree with that as well. I have a non cup packed 182 and a mate of mine has a both cup packed 182. After driving both on numerous occasions I can honestly say my mates car feels no better than mine through the twisties - both cars having a recent standard suspension refresh.
Hi all,
Driving along fields farm road the other night I happened to run over a blunt metal object (or so I thought) which jolted the car quite severely. Thinking nothing more of it I arrived home and parked the car up for the night.
The next morning before setting off for work I thought I'd...
