Im trying to remove them as I am buying new ones this friday. Its not the runners I need to take off, its just the seats! Its the starblade (?) screw head apparently and I cant seem to get to unscrew them / or I can, but they aint budging! Is there any special way to do it, or will I have...

Was wondering how much it bumps up the insurance if you add alloys. (no ncb) on a Mk1 Clio RT. Probably will end up getting turbines or some renault alloys of some sorts BTW. Cheers
