I bought a new Clio Sport and have travelled 2000 miles. With these miles on the clock is it ok to push the car to the 7000 RPM or should I wait till the car has travelled longer. The dealer told me to wait until the car is bedded in? I am asking this because to change gears above 5500 RPM is...
Thank you,
It is ok up to 5000 RPM, after that is becomes hard. The dealer told me I should not rev it that high!!Later on the advised that the car needs to settle in and let them know if it is still there at 10,000 klm. Any how it is going in on Thursday because it seems strange to me!
Hello,
I have just bought a new clio sport and have travelled approx 3500 klm. I wanted to open her up a bit and find it difficult to change gears above 5500rpm, is this normal?
Thanks
