I have the Trophy booked in for its second belt change this weekend. Should I bother replacing the water pump??? At the moment it all runs fine. After reading posts on here I feel the dephaser is a must to change along with the belts?? Any thoughts?? Thanks :)

In the process of fitting some Xenon headlights to the Trophy but I cannot seem to remove to old headlight adjuster from the old non xenon set to transfer them over to the new Xenon pair so the connections from the car fit the back on units. Any ideas on how these remove as I really don't want...

Looking at booking a track day and need to know how loud the clio is due to the noise limits. Is any one just running a scorpion back box without the cat or centre section? If so do you know the dB reading? I will most likely drive to a local track to have it tested before hand.

Are well equipped 200's hard to come across in any colour other from white? I was after a LY, RB or ultra red 200 a few months back after selling my 182 cup, ending up with Focus ST3. That had a very short time with me and I am now on the hunt again for a 200.

Both my passenger and driver seats will not slide to give access to the back of my 182 cup. The seats fold down but don't slide. Has any one had the issue before? Any help would be great.

I will be shortly fitting some sportlines to my 182 cup. I was going to buy some spring compressors as the basic ones are cheap, but do i need them? Has anyone done this before without the compressors?

A127 London bound, turned off at Basildon. Looked as if it had driven through Halfords and came out the other side. I guess it wasn't a "turbo" or a "Sport" but according to the impressive stickers on the back it was!! Did have rear break disks so could have been a Renault sport?

I am going to fitting some Recaro's over the weekend. I called capital seating and ordered the frames and was asked if i need the resistor kit for side air bags. I have a 182 Cup so do i need to worry about these side airbags as i cant see them either. Or are these just in the FF 182's? thanks :)

Ive just brought some recaro's from an Accord Type R. I no i will need the clio subframes but i cant seem to find them on any websites!! Am i going mad or are they just hard to find? And when i get round to fitting them will i need to get under the car as ive herd to remove the seats you need...
