    Then i bought a standard backbox from renault and replaced the stupid jans speed one that was on the back, sounded like it was under water!! whilst the car was at my mates garage, we got hold of a dephaser puller, and a full gates cambelt kit and aux belt and water pump!! so that was taken care...

    Quick update!! give the car a good clean on friday, for castlecoombe saturday (forge action day) and just did a cheeky dewiper jobby. i also booked track time at 4.15 and 4.30, only to find out at 3ish that i was going to have no chance of getting on, so went to the paddock and got my money back...

    Unsure if this is good..

    that is a big piece of clay, i always cut the clay soo its about the same size as a house hold plug face ( sorry thats the only thing i could think of) and if you use quick detailer or certain solutions, DONT!! waste of money just use water, the clay does the water, water lubricates the clay...

    why isit fu ked..? cause when the revs are pulled up the sound disapears, surely revving the car would put it under more pressure? and its coming from the head not the dephaser..?

    it does go, ive just been told by a mechanic of 30 years that he rekons it could be because they have hydraulic tappets, once the oil it gets warm it thins the oil and that is why its making this sound, nothing to worry about..???

    hi bought this french tin around 2 weeks ago, has full service history up to 74k and car is now on 81k, and has now just been serviced!! and forgot to mention its a 172 cup with a lad motorsport remap on it! when car is cold starting up it sounds loverly no noises, runs perfect!! left car on...

    Windscreen

    hi im actualy a windscreen fitter for national mobile windscreens, and the rectangle at the bottom of the screen is mainly for sat nav use, due to the screen being solar reflective it cuts down the signal to the sat nav, thanks lee
