Cheers for the advice, after dismantling it all again, the reassembling, it's working again.. Guess I'll just keep an eye on it, hopefully it was a loose connection..

Anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram from? There's no signal going to the coolant temp sensor now and it's proving a nightmare to follow the cabling..

I've cleaned out the intake manifold and throttle body, there was oil inside the intake and the filter was soaked.. Car seems to be running much better now, however the coolant temp isn't registering anymore.. Possibly could of knocked it..where abouts is the sender on the engine?

Im going to take the intake manifold off tomorrow and give it a good dig out, hopefull ill find any leaks then as well... Anyone got any other ideas?

Its a 2003 1.2 clio dynamique, would i need to remove all the plastic upper intake manifold to get to this?

Car died last week, turns out the coil was shot.. Replaced the coils and plugs, however the car has randomly cut out a few times, plus i can hear an air leak coming from the engine. Do you think I could have knocked something causing a vacuum leak which is affecting the way the car runs now? Or...
