What's the best shocks to buy for a renault clio 51reg

Lowered renault clio 60mm and the mount is popped pout and there is a clunking noise
New to this forum. Lowered my clio 60mm a few months ago. I was hearing a clunking noise when I turned it full lock but it is worse when I pull away and having to turn. The noise is coming from the right side. I popped the bonnet to have a look at the top rubber mount and it is sticking up...- Leesimp
