Green Track Cup - Back To Basics

I've got a hybrid turbo that needs new bearings and a forge actuator if you're interested. Would megane boost pipes fit as I've also got a hard boost pipe kit.

    Ph1 suspension refresh suggestion

Sorry I missed the tag in this post. I'd go with a cup subframe, dogbone and arb. I ran ph1 shafts on that setup with no problems.

    Trophy 220- Opinions...

Sold mine in November. Very good car but needed the money for house stuff. Priorities... Went around corners very well, was a quick A-B car. Had all the toys and the heated leathers make the car IMO. Pros. Looks good, sticks like sh*t to a blanket, gearbox is good, fairly spacious for a small...

    ITB noise..

I lost quite a bit of power with one of those airboxes. I'm surprised you're having issues as my exhaust was slightly louder than my itbs and with cams it was 94/95db static. Drive by is quieter

Staggered tyre sizes front to rear?

    lol! Extra loud tread blocks

Staggered tyre sizes front to rear?

No but I might do for racing. The reason being is if you want to run different compounds you may be restricted to tyre sizes. So DZ03G for example are only available in H1 hard compound in 205/50/15 and R1 medium in 195/50/15. Ideally on a FWD car you want the H1 on the front as you can get...

Good progress! I'm breaking my Megane so may have a few bits you might want. The ecu is mapped on a hybrid turbo and 630cc injectors.

    ABS Removal

I used a kangoo dci cylinder (same as the cup) and Mondeo non abs rear pressure reducers. Two new copper brake lines for the front and two pipes to join onto the existing rear lines that run from the bulkhead. Cost me about £50

    Eaton M62 (Mercedes) supercharger

I'd leave the compression ratio as it is tbh Try searching for M62 catcams 421. If I get some time I'll see if I can find the thread

    Eaton M62 (Mercedes) supercharger

Yes yes and yes. It's been done. M62 is better than the M45, you'll be over spinning it to make decent top end. Iirc the guy made 230bhp and 200lbft on the standard clutched Mercedes pulley and running 421 catcams but you can get alternative pulleys or machine your own.
