I used a kangoo dci cylinder (same as the cup) and Mondeo non abs rear pressure reducers. Two new copper brake lines for the front and two pipes to join onto the existing rear lines that run from the bulkhead. Cost me about £50

M62 is better than the M45, you'll be over spinning it to make decent top end.
Iirc the guy made 230bhp and 200lbft on the standard clutched Mercedes pulley and running 421 catcams but you can get alternative pulleys or machine your own.
