My local Renault dealer reckon the car will be in for an hour. Seems like a long time for a quick lube. Guess they err on the side of caution and assume something might need replacing.
Got mine today. Booked in for Wednesday. Cynic in me can't help wondering what else might get 'spotted' while its in. Will be straight back on here to check the validity of anything they come back with.

I can confirm that even if the air con pipes are in the way, patience and small hands are all that is required. And tolerating some minor injuries - but that's business as usual for me when I attempt anything DIY related! Thanks for the advice.
