https://www.facebook.com/FulcrumMotorsport/
All built to racing regulations, front section can be added at a later date if and when required.
Anyone come across this? Got invited to it last night.
Worth a shot I guess for sake of name and email address.
This is a new currency and payment network built by ex-PayPal guys, called Initiative Q. The Q currency is currently being allocated for free if you are invited by an existing...
Cheers mate.
😂 that was on top of the bill for the Quantum coilovers:grin: Haha.
I might have to look into making these front ends if there's a market for them
Been a while since it was all done and couldn't remember of the top of my head so just dug out the invoice
For the fronts it says: Eibach front springs 170-60-0080
Rears: Faulkner rear springs 9" 250lb x 1.9
Both with helper springs
In that last picture they are held back by a small cable tie other wise they stick right out the front and look crap. If needed just pull to break the the cable ties and they come forward
Hope it's alright for you mate. Wasn't sure on colour at first but looks good against the black.
You need to get it finished for the Thruxton meet later this year since you're only 5 minutes away from the track!
Anyone else looking for a cage half or full, drop me a message
It may be in keeping with the bluebook regs as you say but just having a reinforcement plate that looks like it's being welded in by a gorilla welded to the floor on the front legs will still allow the floor to flex somewhat, the box also ties in the sill equalling a more ridged mounting point...
As others have already said, I'm not keen on the harness bar position seems rather low. And also how it bolts to car is crap in my opinion. Would much prefer to see it sat on mounting boxes that welds to the sills and floor.
That's what I always do when I build cages.
Don't need your car to build a cage as I have a spare shell i build them in so just a cage of bringing to be fitted.
Can fit a cage in a day if the car is stripped of carpets and trims etc and the dash top has been off before and passenger airbag removed.
Hope you're happy with it mate.
Does look cracking it that colour but looks too much like mine!
Hope to see you out with the Tricolore group some point later on this year!
