Hi again :) right I've sorted the not turning over issue (gearbox earth strap lol) to get another problem :/ the engine turns over fine now, fuel pump is working but the engine isn't even thinking about firing.. just wondering if one of you lovely people have an idea what it can be :) the car...

Sounds like a bare wiring shorting out the circuit and blowing the fuse dude. By the way brilliant thread :)

Another point which is probably related is the fuel pump isn't priming either.

The stop,service light was on so was the red light in between. Gearbox earth strap is on and unfortunately I don't have a code reader.

Yeah all the lights, radio etc work just the engine doesn't turn over.

Hi all needing some ideas why my car isn't starting. I've recently swapped the engine with another one, now I've put every thing back into place topped up all the fluids, connected the battery. I jumped in to turn it over and boom nada. My mate was thinking its the starter but the solenoid...
