Oh and if the car battery is 'tired' and only holding a lower voltage, or the voltage is dropping, that can cause issues too- greeny1964

1 Get in the car and shut the door 2 Press and hold the Locking button that's on the centre console/dash 3 The doors will lock (keep holding down the button) after a few seconds the doors will unlock, release the button 4 Now use a key fob button to lock and unlock, 5 Now use the second keyfob...- greeny1964
