Yep unbolted the originals(from underneath the car !!) and the frames fitted straight ontop, using the original holes the bolts on the original seats are welded on, luckily focus DIY did some 8mm, 50mm bolts and they fitted nicely !!

I have just fitted some cobra clubman seats into my mk2 phase 2 clio, the subframes cost me an extra £69 per frame !!!! knightmare, they were specially made from cobraseats.com

Excellent thats just what i wanted to hear !!! just the roll cage now !! does anyone have anyviews on the OMP, look alike roll cage thats more for show that actually protecting you?

Thinking of putting a Roll Cage in my MK2 phase 2 clio, 1.2 16V, any idea or websites that might specialise in these ????. also are bucket seats and sparco harnesses road legal ???? any advice please

looks like its fitted to the older mk1 clio rather than the mk2 phase 2 i have. i just opted for a K&N induction kit !! was about £80 i think, and looks superb and sounds the same !!

only been to 100mph once, not keen on going that fast !! prefer getting to 60 as quickly as possibly

Was speaking to a mate about this today, he always uses a higher rating RON with optimax, he has a honda !!, hes warned me, that if i use it, the car may chug for the first few tank loads, going from 95 - 97/98 RON, but it would do the engine alot more good as its cleaner or something, hope this...

i can see that i may have wasted £98 then !!, i currently have a K&N induction kit installed and a Magnex 7" oval SS exhaust full system, from the CAT onwards. trying to reduce the weight also, as the standard 1.2 extreme is very heavy !. i was hoping the boost valve would add a little Va Va...

hmmmm doesnt help me much though chaps !!! i know i wont get any bhp increases from it, but i believe they do give better throttle response

I have a Clio 16v 1.2 and im trying to fit a Power Boost Valve, the instructions dont make any sense?, has anybody fitted one of these ? got any pictures cheers
