Hi guys. Thought I'd knock up a little thread detailing the life of #456.
I don't have big plans for the car really, just wanted to make a timeline of things and give the car a bit of extra history.
I bought #456 in March last year from JohnnyE. I wasn't originally looking for a Trophy, but...
Anyone know the bolt size and thread pitch of the bolt that holds the rear seats in? The one in the middle, underneath the isofix bar. I'll need to cut mine out as it's rounded, but I can get a replacement bolt through work
Painted my front grille. Previous owner had glued it too the bumper, so couldn't remove it
Also removed the wheels to properly clean and seal them with Planet Polish wheel seal. What a mundane job that turned out to be!
Any opinions on my current detailing routine for my Trophy?

Bilt hamber clay
Megs stage 1 paint cleaner

This morning I had another cut out, restarted (takes a few...
Could do with repainting the dash strips in my Trophy. Does anyone know the actual paint code or know of a similar silver?
I want the same satin finish
Same problem here. I originally though it was something to do with the power steering switch, but it'll still cut out if the wheel is only half turned.
Is yours an intermittent problem, or everytime you start the car?
You need a gutterless fixing setup for a Clio. Something like Thule 754 and the 1119 fitting kit.
Looking into the very same thing myself at the moment as I need to get my bike around, but don't want to put it inside the car.
At the same time, I'm worried about a gutterless setup damaging the...
This is one of the worries you have as a Ford owner. I didn't realise is well Renaults were undersealed - or how badly Fords were, till I viewed a Clio for a friend last year.
