Winscreen wipers NOT only working on fast speed
hiya ,im new to this so please be gentle , i just woundered if anyone has had a problem with there windscreen wipers only working on full speed ,also if i stop they stop then i have to wiggle the blades and they start to work again ,they sort of start very slowly then gain there speed ,can...- motorola1974
