Just be aware that bikes on the roof can slaughter your MPG.
I did a 560 mile round trip the other day with 4 mountain bikes loaded on Thule 591 racks on top of my C5 Tourer and the MPG averaged 35 as opposed to the usual 50.
How is it your fault for pissing him off by just overtaking.
Something tells me that's not quite the whole story, you didn't overtake in a crazy fashion did you? ;)
£2.1k for that?
Bought a good condition Monaco '53 plate 87k FSH for £1300, belts done 2 years ago (15k). Had 1 months tax and 9 months MOT, only thing Ive done to it is replaced the discs all round as they were lipped and replaced steering wheel for Snappy's one.
Nought wrong with the 4 pot diesel making that sexy noise.
It's arguable though, much cheaper tax/insurance, way more MPG and it wasn't far off in performance when I had one - it was pumping out 210 bhp and around 320 lb-ft and it certainly didn't drive like a turbo'd car the power delivery was...
QMH is the other sub company owned and underwritten by Aviva. Personal car insurance companies Aviva owns - Aviva Direct, Quote Me Happy and General Accident
QMH is an online only company, unless you have a claim.
What are you jibbering on about, you've quoted something that says they've made some money (strangely enough companies aim to make profit to grow) not that they charge gazillion pounds per risk for the fun of it.
I doubt the likes of Admiral and Direct Line are directly charging customers an...
It's one of the many reasons we have had such high insurance premiums so it's not about getting caught (although it is fraud and an offence) so no one should actively encourage it regardless of whether you get caught or not. Insurance companies price against risk (their own strategic risk...
OP if you want to get yourself into further sh*te then please do this, it's easily spotted these days.
Or just don't do it and suck up the premium unfortunately.
I have absolutely no idea if my 172 has correct or incorrect timing and whether its down on power or not (sometimes I think it is) but if it was incorrect (was changed back in 2011 by prev owner) would this impact the reliability of the cambelt itself.
I do love people who recommend you should do this and do that and the price will come down quadrillion % and they'll pay you for the insurance.
Insurance pricing has so many variables into the calculation it'll blow your mind, it comes down to so many factors and none of those factors are...
Scotland is amazing, been to Fort Bill/Isle of Skye a few years ago but in a couple of weeks doing a bit of a tour myself - Edinburgh > Loch Lomond > Drumnadroicht/Inverness
Envisage travelling to, around and from I'll have done circa 2k miles (it's a long way from Norfolk). Shame won't be...
Not that I want to hijack this thread but I've just changed my wheel (Snappy one, awesome quality highly recommend!) done a search can't find any answers.
I reconnected the same airbag unit up, both green and orange connectors and the horn connector, the battery was disconnected for over an...
